Payment Policy
1.   Jawanveer Awas India ltd is the authority to fix the cost of the unit at the time of lunching of the project. Payment schedule will be made by Jawanveer Awas India at the time of lunching of the Project & it can’t be charged & reminder will be given to the applicants before 7 days of the due schedule of payment.
2.   JVA India ltd will issue the payment receipt after realization of the demand Draft & send it to your mailing address.
3.  Applicant will pay the delay charge in case of the delay payment form his/her side & it will be fixed by the management of the Jawanveer Awas India Ltd.
4.  Before due schedule of payment, if applicant think, it will be delayed due to any reason, he/she will inform to the concerned authority by separate request letter. In that case, 30 days extension period can be availed.
5.   If applicant failed to pay the installment fixed by the company within 90 days from the due payment schedule & not informed to the authority with separate written request letter, the allotment of units will be automatically cancelled the amount paid by him will be refunded to his/her account given by him at the time of booking (allotment) after deduction cancellation charge fixed by the management.
6.  Service tax & registration cost/ any other govt tax will be burned by the applicant/allottee and that’s as per actual basis, The company declares for free membership: 
WHO CAN APPLY?
1.  All the person either doing service or retired including Army,Navy,Airforce,Paramilitary Force,BSF,CRPF,ITBP etc.central govt. forces like DSC, coast guard etc their dependents & their widows.
2.  All the persons from various software companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Satyam, Mahindra & many more.
3.  All the employees if central govt paid out of Defence budget.

1. Identity proof
2. Resident proof
3. 2 passport size photograph
4. The documents mentioned in the application form.
